MardCare Return Policy

No Returns

Due to hygiene and product-safety reasons, MardCare products cannot be returned once delivered. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, wrong shade choice or simply not liking the product.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with the video of you opening the package your order number. After verification, we will offer replacement 

Refunds

Refunds are only available for verified issues caused by MardCare. Refunds are not available for opened, used, tested, or partially used products.

Non-Refundable Reasons

Refunds will not be provided for:

* Change of mind
* Personal preference
* Normal differences in finish based on individual skin type
